Examples Using Table Backgrounds and Modules 
 

This is one of my favorite tricks and I like to experiment with different images.  You can control the vertical position of the module by adding carriage returns above or below it.  You can also use the alignment tools (Left, Center or Right) or spaces to control the horizontal position.
